Oprah's Weight Loss Secret

Oprah Winfrey, in her secret diet, consumes no white rice, flour, white bread, pasta, potatoes, and sugar. She feels that the whole wheat pasta and breads can be eaten, but in restraint. Alcohol is not to be taken at all. Add at least two fruit every day. She also undergoes weight resistance methods in her day to day life. As a lady who always leads, Oprah Winfrey has already gotten a leap on dropping that holiday weight. She supposedly shed 10 pounds in 3 weeks.

Over the last some months, Oprah Winfrey has looked more slim and fit than ever before. Oprah displayed her new slim shape at the Oscars ceremony but admitted she only consumed some almonds, watercress soup and water all day to fit into her golden VERA WANG gown.

How did Oprah  manage to lose that extra weight and look so good so fast?

Bob Greene – the personal trainer of Oprah, provided her with the system that includes both strength and cardio training. Bob Greene has also released his program online and calls it  "Total Body Makeover”.

And to drop the last few pounds to reach her goal weight, Lady Oprah is also getting four of her Harpo staff to follow a strict regime which includes a diet of lean protein, two fruits a day and all the green vegetables one desires!

Alcohol is not on the set of choices -- neither are breads, potatoes, pasta, rice or sugar.
